This tour to Porto includes the trip from Lisbon and the return. In the undefeated city we visit some of the most interesting symbols of the city, such as São Bento Train Station, Lello library or the Clérigos Church and Tower. We also advice a fascinating 45 minute boat trip along the Douro River, which crosses the city’s six bridges (price not included in this tour), as well as a riverside pedestrian walk along the famous Port Wine Cellars in Vila Nova de Gaia.

Alternatively, if your goal is to start the tour in Lisbon and end in Porto, we suggest visiting the following places during your tour:

1) Óbidos, the most extraordinary medieval town from the 12th century, within the walls of its castle.

However, historians believe that Óbidos was built by the Celts in c. 308 BC.

2) Nazaré, the most beautiful fishing town in the country, with its giant waves for surfing.

3) Batalha, the town where you will find the most beautiful monastery of all, which took almost 2 centuries to build.

4) Fátima, where you will find the most emblematic Catholic temples in the world.

5) Aveiro, a city known as the Portuguese Venice, for its canals navigated by colorful boats (moliceiros) next to a lagoon called Ria de Aveiro.
